Updates of my theraputic and occasionally life confessional style ramblings should resume tomorrow........ assuming that my health now continues to improve.............. YAYY!!

Although if i continue to do what i did on Friday night...... well, let's just say that some things can't be that good for you........ especially if they're bad ;)

Hope this will please those few people that emailed me with Where are you? messages..... that is.... pleasing due to my being back rather than my possibly being bad.

Oh god i've missed living......... i hope you can be happy for me.

A big heartfelt thank you to those friends that have supported me through some recent bad times............ and my eternal gratitude to shauny, who came down from Leicester to spend my birthday with me, even though i had to go to hospital..... he didn't want me to be alone


Anyway....... enough public displays of soppy gratitude........ and a final apology for the stealing of someone else's amusing link to entertain people while i couldn't update my site.



Let's hope we can now get back to the usual bitterness and twisted nonsense that i'm prone to posting......
